Body Specifics
9′ Custom Douglass Hauler Body built for 60″ cab-to-axle DRW Ford F450 and designed to haul up to 30,000 lbs. The raised front compartments and built-in storage over the rear wheel wells maximize space while keeping tools organized and accessible. The body includes adjustable shelving, mechanics drawers and cab protector with work lights. A turnover ball hitch, tapered rear compartment, and low-profile work platform accommodate 5th wheels and other heavy-duty trailers. The front curbside compartment features hose holder, bottle rings and clamps, an air hose reel, and remote control panel, all plumbed to the cargo-area-installed Vanair Air-N-Arc 300 All-In-One. Additional equipment includes a 100-gallon wet tank and Fillrite 15 GPM Transfer Pump for off-road or emergency fuel refills. For protection, bedliner is applied to the backs of the raised compartments, cargo area, platform, and bumper, and the build is finished with diamond plate overlays, rock splash guards, and mud flaps.
