14′ Douglass Custom Canopy Bed built for a 108″ cab-to-axle DRW Ram 5500. This unit was made from the ground up to be able to service customers on site with everything the mechanic might need. It was built with a long pass through compartment between the very front compartments for equipment access from either side of the vehicle and waste oil/fresh oil tanks in the lower parts of both of those cabinets. Waste and fresh oil reel access is on the driver’s rear of the truck paying out of the rear of the body, with the diaphragm pump inside the driver’s side rear compartment for easy cleaning and maintenance. One side of the truck has ample shelving space for any oil tools or other items, and the other received mechanics drawers for easy slide out tool storage. Additionally all compartments can be locked with a master lock system at the rear of the bed, and lighting is located on all sides of the truck high enough to illuminate your work area at night.
