11′ Custom Douglass Truck Body with Flip-Tops

11′ Custom Douglass Truck Body with flip-tops built for an 84″ cab-to-axle DRW Chevy 3500, engineered to support demanding welding and service work in the field. Raised front compartments with barn doors, adjustable shelving, drawers, and dedicated welding storage compartment keep tools organized and within quick reach, while flip-top compartments and boxes in the work platform maximize usable space without adding bulk. 

Power and air come ready-to-go through the Miller Enpak system and plumbed 19-gallon air tank, giving the operators everything they need on site.  LED-lit compartments, flood lights above the rear wheel wells, and cab protector with adjustable lights, lightbar, and Go-Lights with wireless remote ensure visibility in any environment.  To stand up to heavy daily use, the body is finished with rugged bedliner in the cargo area, work platform, and bumper, along with aluminum diamond plate overlays on top of the compartments. Dri-Dek tiles line each compartment to protect the inside from tool damage in off-road conditions. Built for efficiency, durability, and day-to-day practicality, this truck body keeps everything accessible, protected, and ready to work the moment it arrives on site.
