Body Specifics
11′ Douglass Crane Body with flip-tops built for an 84″ cab-to-axle DRW Ford F-550. This build features an Auto Crane EHC3, with its controller and crank-style stiff leg housed in the rear curbside compartment. The front platform is outfitted with the customer’s welder and air compressor, paired with a dedicated welding compartment in the front curbside and a Reelcraft air hose reel mounted at the front of the body, plumbed to the air compressor for easy air access. The rear work platform includes a through-compartment with a top access door housing a wet tank. The compartments feature a mix of mechanic’s drawers or Equipto bins. Bedliner was applied to the cargo area, front and rear platforms, and the build is finished with mud flaps.
