9′ Custom Douglass Truck Body with Flip-Tops

9′ Custom Douglass Truck Body with Flip-Tops built for an 84″ cab-to-axle DRW Ram 4500. This custom build is equipped with a Lincoln Ranger Series 250 GXT Welder, VMAC Raptair G30 Air Compressor with remote control panel, and transfer tank with fuel pump – providing reliable welding, air power, and on-site refueling to keep crews working efficiently in the field. The compartments are upfitted with mechanic’s tool drawers, adjustable shelving, and a dedicated oxy/ acetylene hose and bottle holder compartment for organized storage. Additional features include a forklift-loadable ladder rack, cab protector with integrated work lights, and a rear work platform with an access door to the between-the-frames box. Up front, a work platform with an Extendo Bed Slide houses the air compressor, allowing it to slide out for easier access during operation. This unit is finished with aluminum diamond plate splash guards on the front panels, a durable bedliner coating in the work platforms, cargo area and bumper, and mudflaps for added protection.
