Body Specifics
8′ Custom Douglass Truck Body, built for a 56″ CA DRW Chevrolet 3500. This build features raised front compartments, widened rear compartments, and a tapered rear work platform. A customer-supplied Air N Arc unit, custom painted to match the build, is mounted in the cargo area. An air hose reel is located in the driver’s side rear compartment, while the Air N Arc control panel is conveniently mounted on the curbside for easy access. The front curbside storage area is equipped with an oxy/acetylene hose reel and bottle storage, while a B&W Turnoverball hitch provides 5th-wheel towing capability. For added durability, the compartment tops, cargo area, rear work platform, and bumper are protected with a spray-on bedliner coating.
