11′ Custom Douglass Truck with Flip-Tops

11′ Custom Douglass Truck with Flip-Tops built for an 84″ cab-to-axle DRW Ford F-550. This build features tapered front compartments, upgrade oval taillights, and top-access door to the work platform through-compartment. The compartments are equipped with mechanic’s drawers and adjustable shelving providing versatile storage and organizational. The front curbside compartment houses a FillRite 15 GPM transfer pump, plumbed to a 100-gallon wet tank mounted in the cargo area. Also located in the front curbside compartment is a Cox dual reel with a 20-amp electrical cord and GFCI outlet and 3/8″ air hose, plumbed to a Miller Trailblazer 325 welder and Vanair Viper 60 compressor, respectively. At the rear, a work platform with integrated work lights and Wilton vise creates a sturdy, well-lit workspace. The build is finished with durable bedliner applied to the cargo area, work platform and bumper, with mudflaps for added protection.
