14′ Custom Douglass Truck Body with flip tops built for a 108″ cab-to-axle DRW Ford F550, engineered for heavy-duty performance and efficient jobsite organization. This build features raised front compartments with integrated flip tops, accessible directly from the cargo area, while lowered rear compartments provide convenient ground-level access. The forward driver-side compartment is outfitted with dedicated oxy/acetylene bottle holders, offering safe containment for combustible cylinders. A full-width work platform enhances accessibility and functionality at the rear of the body. A comprehensive cargo control system includes a forklift-loadable ladder rack with custom paint, hinged side rails, and integrated shovel holders, allowing tools and materials to be transported securely and efficiently. Built-in utility features include a 100-gallon wet tank paired with a 20 GPM transfer pump, supporting on-site fluid transfer needs. For added durability, aluminum diamond plate overlays protect the tops, fronts, and backs of compartments, while a durable bedliner coating applied to the cargo area and rear bumper, along with heavy-duty mud flaps, provides long-term protection in demanding work environments.
