The first step in manufacturing is receiving our materials. By the truck load sheet steel arrives. |
The steel is then sheared and laid aside for the press break operator. |

The steel is taken by the press break operator and bent at exacting tolerances. |
|
Once the steel is sheared and broke the pieces are assembled to form sides and then welded. |

|
|
|
The rough edges are ground smooth and will then be ready for the doors. |
|
The doors are sheared, broke and punched and then the stainless steel piano hinge is tack welded to them. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
After the doors have been riveted to the body sides the stainless steel latches are installed. |
|
Meanwhile as the sides are being built, lengths of bar angle and channel are being cut for the understructure. |
