Assembly

The assembly of our truck bodies would include everything from the sides to the floor and body to the truck. Just take a look at the elements involved in putting a body together.

Once the sides have been built they are taken to be assembled to the floor. Notice the integrity of the understructure as the wheel well skirts are tacked in place.
Once the floor and the sides have been built the interiors are installed.
This will lead to the installation of any accessories like work platforms or cargo boxes.
Drip rails are installed and interiors finished with special equipment like clamps for oxygen and acetylene.
The bodies will then await priming and prepping for the paint.
Other accessories will now be ready for installation, like ladder racks and even after-market accessories like cranes and liftgates will be ordered. Once the trucks have been painted these accessories will be installed.
